At RMVFD EVERYONE has something to offer

Volunteering allows you to actively contribute to your community by providing crucial emergency assistance as well as non-emergency support to your first responders.

We can teach and equip you to respond safely to a variety of calls - including fires, vehicle accidents and medical emergencies.

If you aren't interested in firefighting, we still need your help!

We need folks that can work on vehicles, and join us for our maintenance  nights.
We need folks that can make sandwiches when our calls last past dinner time.
We need folks that can flip burgers and serve hotdogs at our yearly fundraiser.
We need all sorts of people, INCLUDING YOU! 

We believe in the importance of giving back to our community. Our department participates in a variety of community events throughout the year, including parades, fundraisers, and other public events.
