FIRST RESPONDERS

 Becoming a RMVFD first responder offers numerous benefits, including contributing to the community, gaining valuable skills and knowledge, and experiencing a sense of fulfillment. 

Through formal training, hands-on experience during response events, and continuous learning with in-house and professional classes, we teach and equip you to respond safely to a variety of calls - including fires, vehicle accidents and medical emergencies.

AUXILIARY

The RMVFD Auxiliary, contributes to the overall effectiveness of the department in non-operational ways, such as fundraising, community outreach, and logistical support. We take on tasks that free up our first responders to focus on their primary duties of responding to emergencies and firefighting, ultimately making the community safer.  From assisting Responders' needs at the scene, helping with chores around the fire hall, and organizing fundraising events,

 there is surely a way you can help!
