Planning on burning?
Call before you burn! Call (830) 868-7104 to give the Sheriff's department a heads up.
1. Ensure burn pile is clear of debris at least 10 feet around.
2. Have water and shovels nearby.
3. Burn a small pile and add to it for easy control of flames.
4. Never start a fire with strong or gusty winds. Even a small breeze can carry sparks that can start more fires.
5. No night burning.
6. Never leave a fire unattended.

Round Mountain Volunteer Fire Department is funded through county tax dollars, and there is never enough to accomplish all that needs to be done.
Your donation will help us maintain and improve the equipment for any emergency that occurs.
